To ensure you are happy with you purchase we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. The aim of this guarantee is to leave you in the same position as buying from a high street shop.

This allows you to inspect your purchase. If you are unhappy please return your order with all original packaging, in as new condition within 14 days of ordering and we will refund. Please include all packaging and drivers together with your invoice number. This guarantee excludes orders over £200 and those made using purchase orders. Please be aware, we do not accept returns on any items which are not returned in as new condition including packaging, cable ties and protective caps.

All returned cables must be neatly rewound and retied with the original cable ties.

Items supplied in sealed clamsell style plastic packaging are excluded from the 14 day money back guarantee when the packaging is cut open. Please inspect the item to ensure it's correct before cutting open. This  does not affect your statutory rights.
