2nd class Royal Mail delivery is £2.29, 1st class is £2.99. This flat fee can include as many items as you want.
You can upgrade to next Business day delivery at checkout. We aim for same day despatch on all orders received before 2.20pm (Mon-Fri) 90% of first class mail arrives next day, 2nd class can takes an average 2 to 5 days. We may, at our discretion, use a courier service even if standard delivery is selected. Please be aware, we DO NOT guarantee delivery times or next day delivery when standard 1st class Royal Mail is used. We do not accept any liability for late or failed deliveries. You must notify us of a missing item within 21 days of the order being made. We do not ship orders during the weekend or bank holidays. Orders dispatched using Royal Mail are not classed as "not delivered" untill 15 days have passed.
Next day courier service.
We offer a next business day courier service for £7.00 This service does not cover deliver on Saturday's or Sunday's, orders taken on Friday will be delivered Monday, exluding bank holidays. This service excludes the Scottish highlands and Islands, Isle Of Man, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Order's using the next day service must be placed before 1.30pm and will only cover delivery between Monday and Friday. Our couriers are very reliable, but we can't be held responsible for failed or late delivery's. A signiture is required on delivery. We do not ship orders over the weekend or bank holidays. The next day courier charge of £7 or £4.50 on orders over £40 in value is a service upgrade and the charge is none refundable if the order is returned.
We currently only ship within the UK.
You have 14 days in which you can return your unused item (at your own expense) for a refund. This excludes headsets (for hygiene reasons) this does not affect your statutory rights. We will not refund upgrades to the next day courier service. All returned items must be unused, as new and returned with the original packaging, including cable ties, end caps, driver disks etc. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any item not returned in as new condition. We do not accept returns after 14 days have expired (this does not affect your statutory rights). You must notify us within 7 days if any part of your order is damaged on arrival. Returns from business customers are excluded from our 14 day no quibble returns policy and are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
All products carry a 1 year return to base warranty. It is your responsibility to return the defective item to us. If an item is faulty on arrival we will refund the cost of standard 2nd class Recorded Delivery to cover your return postage costs. This refund will be issued when the item is returned.
