The 8 port DV FireWire IEEE 1394 & USB 2.0 PCI Combo Card provides 5 USB 2.0 ports with speeds up to 480 Mbps .

It gives you 2 external (6 to 6 pins and 6 to 4pins) and 1 internal (6 to 6pins) IEEE 1394a Firewire ports with the speed of 400Mbps.

With the 8 port FireWire & USB 2.0 PCI Combo Card you can plug-in any USB 1.1, USB 2.0 and/or FireWire peripherals, such as, external storage devices, printers, scanners, DVD drives, CD-R/RW drives,External enclosures) digital cameras and digital/DV camcorders.

You do not need to install any driver/software to use its Firewire ports.

Its compatible with Windows Vista/ XP/ ME / 2000 / 98 SE/Linux/Mac OS.
